He's on the road to recovery for the next year or two, then plans a global tour until '15, then will gauge whether he's ready to compete.

Zack ate with Myself, Stan, Eric Spoto and Dan Green saturday after the expo and he didn't mention anything about competeing, he did say training was going good and his leg injury was corrected. The first operation was not good, so that set him back for awhile. Give me a couple of days and I'll ask him.

After 5 knee surgeries I don't see him doing well.

Everyone always talks about going HEAVY and being OLD SCHOOL doing tons of weight on squats, trying to rep out full racks with three tiny tits sitting on the frame with Leg PRESSES...then shit starts to feel weird and tighten up. Iono I'm a frim believer in going heavy but after your get to a certain age, you need to modify your training to prevent injury...getting hurt sets your back and sometimes you never ever recover..

i make better progress now that i take my time between sets, stop before failure, focus on form, and do lots of volume.
