Title: Does Rogaine works for receding line ?
Post by: hipolito mejia on October 05, 2012, 08:04:55 AM: As some of you now I look a bit like Richard Gere with no hair, I shave my head to avoid bolding spots showing .... The other day I was wearing a hat and a chick told me I look way younger with a hat on and why don't I reconsider regrowing my hair back , she told me that Rogaine foam within 3 months nonstop of use do wonders. But I heard is does not work on receding line (front of head). Has anyone tried it ? Does it work ?

Yeah but he was also on finasteride and nizoral. Even those are said not to help with frontal hair growth but it does work for some.

Use the 5% minox at least hipolito. I just ordered some myself from a site and it comes mixed with azelaic acid which is also supposed to help. But what I do is put on emu oil first because it helps whatever topical you use penetrate the skin. Emu oil itself is also supposed to have anti hairloss properties btw...lot of info pinned on the steroid board if you`re interested.
