I made a comment, that if say, Justin Beiber effs up in one of his cars, then people and lawmakers will be stating that nobody needs 500-600 hp, and that said cars are dangerous. And then site all the wrecked exotics to get their point across.

Now, if you look at the greenhouse, starting around this time, Euro cars started doing this thin "A" and "C" pillars---no "B" pillars, or with very thin ones. BMW's Neu Classe cars---the E9 is a very good example of this, as is the Jag XJ coupe.
It gives a very elegant shape to the vehicles.

Well, that's kinda true. Average driver can't handle 500 hp. About 10 or 15 years ago a writer for a car magazine, i can't remember the details, was doing a piece on a Viper, took it into an on ramp and ended up getting decapitated. This was a guy who was used to handling high horsepower cars. Just saying.

Comedian Sandra Bernhard was on the show today to promote her upcoming gigs. The last time she was on, she revealed that she had slept with Jay Leno when she was about 20-years-old.
