So close on stage it's hard to call. Let the two moolies take it into the alley behind the auditorium and see who wins the battle of endurance, punching, kicking, gouging and wrestling. I say Kai kicks that house negro's ass!

Do you think there are many modern bodybuilders who are capable of throwing a decent punch and not tearing something while doing it.
-
phil can still dunk a basketball, and kai can do a head stand. if these two can't do it, then no one can in the ifbb.
-
My money's on the D1 athlete. Kai looks good but he needs to be better to beat Phil

Is that how Kai lost all the hair on the top of his head, spinning?

you serious? I would like to see that! I doubt he can when he is in olympia condition. It's funny you say this I was just thinking if phil could still dunk a basketball. where did you hear this claim? link?

phil claimed it a few years back. impossible at this body weight. I'm sure he could still get up there at 188 ripped (his early shows) and I bet he could put it down at 215, 220 still. At 270 pounds, not a chance.

or 40-yard dash... most of those guys ran 4.19 before they picked up the iron.

Claimed! He did it off season in a video. Who knows what his body-weight was, but he was a pro at the time. If Kai can do his head stands and shit at 300lbs without tearing a muscle, I'm sure Phil's vertical can still get him to the rim at 250 or so.
He reads the board, so lets see, if he does another video in the off-season.

Yes most IFBBers were always athletic growing up and would be NFL pros if they hadn't blown out their knee in high school.

Good idea, who's the favorite? I'm going with Dexter.
