What is the meaning of "muscle density", and what are the set and rep ranges to optimize this quality?

Does diet play a role?

What over the counter supplements can contribute?

Good nutrition, hard/heavy training and superior genetics does a lot, but drugs are the only way to true density.  I don't care what supplement manufactures would have you believe... there really is no other way.
