I was wondering if someone can give me a good back routine?? i need to switch it up.

this is my favorite:
weighted chin-ups, 4 sets
barbell rows, 4 sets
pulldowns, 3 sets
dumbell rows at 45-degree angle, 3 sets
i do deads and partial deads on a separate day

Barbell Rows- 3 x 6-8
Weighted Chins- 3 x 6-8
Rack Deads- 3 x 3-5
BW pullups to sternum- 3 sets of as many as u can do

barbell rows 15-12-10-8-6 first two warm ups
dumbell pull overs 10-10-10
one arm rows 10-8-6
stiff leg barbell deads 15-15

close grip pulldowns 3 8-10
one arm rows 3 8-10
one arm supported rows 3 8-10
straight arm pulldowns 2-3 12-15
Workout 2
bent rows (grip optional) warm ups then 3x5
seated rows 4 15, 12, 10, 6-8
one arm rows 3 10-12
pulldowns behind 4 12-15
Workout 3
close grip warm ups then 3x6-8
reverse grip pulldowns 1-2 warm ups 3x6-8
one arm supported row-hammer 3 10-12
*pulldowns to the front 3 12
*straight arm pulldowns 3 15
Workout 4
bent rows or warm ups then 3x4
supported bent rows
pulldowns to the front 4 12, 10, 8, 6
reverse grip pulldowns 3 8-10
one arm rows 3 6-8
pulldowns behind 2-3 12-15

Drop all of your weights by 20% and learn how to intensely contract the muscles being used. Negative only reverse grip chin , medium - close grip , 3 sets max time in fully contracted position. Alternate these with Medium grip pulldowns every other week. Follow this with across- bench db pullovers supersetted with straight arm pulldowns, 2 sets 10-12 reps each. Huge exaggerated deep breath on pullovers and 2 second pauses in max contracted position on SA pulldowns. Try to pull the bar through your freaking legs on each rep!!!!! Close your eyes in the contracted position and SQUEEZEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!
You want lat isolation and a disgustingly intense pump and 3 day sore to the touch ache. Hear it is.

Standing up, grab a pulldown bar, and press it down towards your body without bending your elbows.

if you have seen the clip of jay cutler on the BFTO. the last back exerise is the stiff arm pulldowns

Heavy ass deads always do it for me, heavy shrugs, heavy rows.

its impossible to effectively hit everything on the same day....
ive been doing
one day - hammergrip pullups(as many as i can for 4 sets), lat pulldowns(2-3 sets), then cable rows (3-4 sets), then go back to pullups and finish by doing as many as i can.
another day - deads, barbell rows, then maybe t-bar rows if i still have strength

Made some of my best gains on this routine.
Pull ups 6 sets, till failure.
Barbell rows 6 sets, 6-10 rep range (heavy)
Work hard each set, dont count the warm up sets on the BB rows. Maybe pump em up at the end with some DB pullovers.
