Zumba is ever gayer than yoga ;D
BTW, any progress on this? I'm considering to start with a few lessons.

That's good to hear. What type of yoga do you practise?
What is the result of getting decompressed, does it result in a high feeling or a more relaxed state?

There's a studio in my town with all kinds of meditation, yoga, mindfulness, etc. I'm not sure which form to choose, so I might have a talk with them first.
I hope that place is not loaded with hypersensitive folks, hippies or homos  ;D

I do not go to a specialized yoga school. The classes at my gym chain are sufficient. I'm into plain old hatha yoga.

The hypothetical benefits of inversion are many. I find that it helps with recovery and also helps me relax. It took me about 2 months of practice to be able to hold a headstand comfortably for 20-30 minutes.

20-30 minutes? Man, that sounds insane.
