Although Obama only won the PPP poll by 4 overall, that's because Republicans almost all voted for Romney regardless.
What's significant is that Obama won easily with Independents. Those are the key group to reach, as we know.

In COLORADO. I didn't know Colorado was representative of the entire nation.
Like I said yesterday, if Obama just shows he is breathing in the debate, the media will proclaim him a winner. This is the beginning of that falsehood.
From the same article posted by the delusional op:
The debate enhanced both candidates' images with Colorado voters. 40% now say they have a more positive opinion of Obama than they did before the debate, to 36% who see him less favorably. Mitt Romney actually does slightly better on that front with 44% of voters saying they see him more positively now to 35% with a less charitable opinion.
The debate isn't likely to make a big difference in the state of the race in Colorado. 37% of voters say it made them more likely to vote for Obama, 36% say it made them more likely to vote for Romney, and 27% say it didn't make a difference to them either way. We will continue calling Colorado voters on Wednesday and then release a full Presidential poll for the state on Thursday.

The major post debate polls are showing most debate watchers think President Obama was
the winner — and a typical finding comes in the CNN post-debate poll of registered voters who actually watched the debate.
They were 33 percent Democratic and 33 percent Republican — which means it’s weighted a bit to include about 8 percent more Republicans than the voting population as a whole.
Bottom line: by 46-39 percent, the CNN.com poll respondents called Obama the winner. But asked who did the debate make you more likely to vote for, the respondents were tied between Romney and Obama, 25-25 percent.
Still, Romney won in other key areas:
*On who would better handle the economy: 58 percent Romney; 40 percent Obama.
*On who would better handle health care: 49 percent Romney; 46 percent Obama
*On taxes: 51 percent Romney; 44 percent Obama
*On who is a stronger leader: 49 percent Romney; 46 percent Obama
*On who is more likeable: 47 percent Obama: 41 percent Romney
*On who cares more about your life: 44 percent Obama; 40 percent Romney
*On who answered more directly: 45 percent Romney; 43 percent Obama

As for the claim of oversampling Republicans, according to Rasmussen, the breakdown of party identification, nationally is: 38% GOP; 33% Democrat; 29% Independent
