Title: Guy on BB.com lost 250 pounds in under a year

These pics were taken 11 months and 20 days apart, he went from 470 to around 210, mind officially blown  :o

if i had to hang out with either dude at a party, i'd choose the fat version.  He just looks more friendly.


heck of a change, very impressive.
Rex Ryan of the NY Jets has a similar change going on.
