If he wanted a Snickers bar, why he could not pay for it? To me, you cannot just walk into a store and take a merchandise without paying for it because, this is where it leads to. This man getting stripped down over a worthless candy bar when, he could have just simply pay for the item and walk out. There would not have been any need for this fracas.

They will not and should not get sued. They were doing the right thing by detaining a shoplifter until the police came. The guy was resisting and struggling so that's why it looked worse than it actually was. Wasn't like they were hitting and punching him. They just wern't going to let him leave the store.

I applaud those punjabs for taking aggresive action. Shoplifting is shoplifting. Doesn't matter if it's over a candy bar or whatever.

He'll still die dead broke, face down in a fucking kiddie pool. His family will hold a "celebration of life" (what normal people call a funeral) and they'll sing and dance, because they're all very musical people.
