That's not normal behavior... you know, kids do stupid things and may sometimes even hit someone but not repeatedly, kicking in back etc. That's a sign of psychological disorder.

I think this may be the case. He needs to be isolated from society.

Agreed. But it's cheaper to pick the psycho-kid up and drop it on it's head.
