I'm not this Alex man you always speak of.  I hear he is a computer genius and is financially set for life with Terra...oh well you know.  I know nothing about these computers and to be honest mine still blinks 12:00am...thats how bad I am. I'm not on the cloud....

Oh well, I'm cooking a delightful pork loin on my Big Green Egg smoked with alder wood and a triple cheese buttered mashed potatoes smoked with almond wood...deliciously, ridiculously tasty.  Come on over...soups on!

Thank You on this beautfiul Fall Saturday night as the winds are brisk in Lake Placid this time of year.  I'm having two shots of Sam Adams Utopia as I write this....
