Forget about it, too strenuous and performance driven activity.
Nothing beats curling the 100's with an overinflated body and "pushing it" until your elbows start disintegrating.

weights and just do some calisthenics and cardio while mega dosing

MAYBE BE CRUISING IN EARLY OFFSEASON OR AFTER SHOW A BREAK ,STILL USING BUT MAINTAINING FEW DAYS A WK TRAINING,BUT SHOW PREP ALL OUT LAST FEW MONTHS IT'S ALL OUT ON EVERYTHING.
