Title: How come neither person was asked about the Mexican drug wars?
Post by: Fury on October 22, 2012, 07:42:00 PM
Upwards of 100,000+ dead in 5 years and not a single question about. Meanwhile, we get 1 hour of Muslim ass-kissing.  ::)

Yes...since they apparently spent so much tie discussing terrorism, why not discuss our exportation of terror via the abomination known as "fast and furious"?

Obama destroying the US economy has done a pretty good job of that. Says a lot about his handling of the economy when Mexicans are going back to Mexico to work.  :-X

Very funny Bush did that the crash was in 2008.
You could say Obama continued the GOP's politics but you cant blame him for the state its in.

Mitt Romney crashed the economy?

And it isn't like we're voting in Clinton...you know, the one who signed the repeal of Glass-Steagall.

you dont have to wonder.  of the 24 foreign policy advisers Romney has, 17 worked for Bush.   71% of his team.

Are you telling me that Romney is another so-called neoconservative?

he was - until last night.   last night he got on the obama wagon for 90% of positions.

Was it just posturing to get swing votes, and he'll move back to neocon when he gets elected?   Or was he only acting like a neocon to win the primary?

We don't know.   We don't.   But we do know the guy is the king of mastering/adapting whatever position is popular at the time.  no republican here will deny that, none of them will say mitt is consistent, or that they even know what the heck he stands for.

They'll say "he's acceptable because he's not obama".   not ideal, but not obama :)   and i can respect their honesty.  ANyone who is kneepadding romney as a stalwart conservative is a liar and should eat a d1ck sandwich :)  But anyone who admits he is kind of a punk, but he'll do a decent job and he's better than obama, i'm cool with that.

Pardon me for being blunt, but this makes it sound as though Romney can't be trusted to fend against the sharks that have every intention to subvert democracy and destroy freedom.

I don't trust Romney or Obama... It's evil you know vs. Evil you don't know as far as I'm concerned.

They are both 2 dung heaps on the same rock.

But I'm supposed to care about Syria and how I should care despite the fact that the Muslims of the Middle East clearly don't.

Dump trucks dropping off 49 chopped up bodies on the side of the highway 50 miles from our border and we should care about Syria. Hahahahah, how droll.

I agree... I'm still confused as to why we are anywhere near the middle east right now when we have murderous thugs right across the border.

Because it ties directly into the American drug culture---the escapism culture....how we are an addicted culture. Seems that we have or currently on our way to the zenith of pleasure seeking. Which blinds us from the realities of the world....and they want us to continue to be blind.
