Famed civil rights attorney Gloria Allred will be in a Boston area courtroom Wednesday in an attempt to unseal the sworn testimony given by Republican Presidential hopeful Mitt Romney, in a prior court case, RadarOnline.com is exclusively reporting.
"The Boston Globe is headed to court tomorrow morning for an emergency hearing in an attempt to obtain a court order to unseal the sworn testimony given by Mitt Romney in a prior court case and to lift a gag order so that the parties can speak about Romney. Gloria Allred will be in court representing one of the parties in the case," a source close to the situation tells RadarOnline.com.
The emergency hearing will take place at the Norfolk Probate & Family Court in Canton, Massachusetts, and Justice Jennifer Ulwick will oversee the proceedings which will begin at 9 a.m. EST.

I was reading about it and she apparently has only gotten one of the parties to agree to be exploited and humiliated.This will also have to be done in Mitt Romney's home state and if the judge actually unseals the documents he/she will be doing no favors for themselves.
With that, what judge in their right mind would agree to this when it is so obviously an exploitive, nefarious plot by this well known douchebag that has pulled these "hit jobs" on Republican politicians before? Desperation is like a bad cologne.

Allred has a reputation of dragging perceived female victims in front of the camera as props to bash Republican candidates. In October 2010 Allred dragged out illegal alien Nicki Diaz to attack heartless Meg Whitman. Minaj was upset Whitman didn’t buy her child a present and claimed Meg took advantage of her despite the fact she made a good wage. Considering her past record it is likely this year’s October surprise involves Carrel Hilton Sheldon, a former Mormon.
The book Horror Stories: Mitt Romney’s Shameful Record with Mormon Women details Mitt Romney’s “psychological intimidation and bullying” during his role as a Bishop of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. The report describes how Romney “tried to bully” Carrel Hilton Sheldon when she was suffering through a difficult pregnancy into not having an abortion.

Sheldon, a mother of four at the time (a fifth child had died as an infant), was then a practicing member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (LDS), outside of Boston. The LDS leader in Massachusetts at that time, called the “stake president,” was a Harvard-trained physician, Dr. Gordon Williams, and he counseled Sheldon to follow her doctor’s advice to terminate the pregnancy and protect her own life, so that she could continue caring for her four living children.
“Of course, you should have the abortion,” she recalled him saying.
According to an account later written anonymously by Sheldon for the LDS women’s journal,Exponent II, it was after receiving this counsel from her Williams supporting the potentially life-saving procedure that she experienced an uninvited visit in her hospital from her Mormon bishop at the time, 36-year-old Mitt Romney, who adamantly opposed the abortion.
“He regaled me with stories of his sister and her retarded child and what a blessing the child had been to the family,” Sheldon wrote of the incident. “He told me that ‘as your bishop, my concern is with the child.’”

Mitt Romney was heavily involved in the extremely messy divorce of one of his key supporters ... and the Boston Globe is going to court first thing Wednesday morning in an attempt to unseal the court file as well as lift a gag order ... TMZ has learned.
The divorce was between Staples co-founder Tom Stemberg and his first wife Maureen. We're told the divorce battle lasted for years and was extremely ugly.
Sources tell us Romney gave both a deposition in the divorce and testified in the trial. According to our sources, the Boston Globe got a tip that there was "juicy information about Romney" in the sealed documents.
Romney, Stemberg and Maureen were all served papers by the Globe notifying them that the paper was trying to unseal the case and lift the gag order enforced on all parties.
Our sources say Tom has filed papers opposing the Globe's motion. Romney's lawyers have not responded.
Tom has been a major Romney supporter, even speaking for five minutes at the Republican National Convention.
We're told Gloria Allred represents someone connected with the divorce and we believe -- though we have not confirmed it -- that is Maureen.
If the gag order is lifted, Maureen and others could freely talk about the divorce ... less than two weeks before the election.

Obama got Jack Ryan out of the Illinois senate race by getting his divorce records unsealed...the Tribune did the dirty work of filing the papers....but the campaign most likely put the word out that there was something worth looking into. I have no doubt that someone close to the campaign gave Allred the nod to pursue this...she's a huge Obama supporter.
Trump.....I believe would act on his own, he's kind of a loose cannon. But I have no doubt the Romney people have bushels of opposition research on Obama. It's how the game is played.

Maureen got a $4 million divorce settlement and blew it on legal fees trying to get the settlement overturned and defending a defamation suit brought by her ex husband. She sounds like a nut.
