Post by: Kaos on November 26, 2005, 09:06:23 AM
Anyone try it??

What did you think?

I cant find anyone who has tried the stuff, even the supplement heads at the gym who buy everything that comes out yet have not picked it up.

is it junk?

its ok, I don't think its really convenient because you basically have to shake it up on its own for it to dissolve completely, it stays pretty waxy when I added anything to it. As far as benefits I really haven't taken it consistently to know.

I agree with the last post...you really have to shake that stuff up...it does not dissolve very well.  Art gave me a couple trial packs of it when I was in his store a couple weeks ago.  He swears by the stuff, but if I was representing a company, I'd have to swear by it too.
I will say one thing...the stuff tastes awesome!  Then again, I think that Cellmass tastes awesome too...everyone is different.  Anyone else try the Vitargo??

the new pure vitargo is just a pure carb source on its own, there's no creatine in the Artwood stuff. I honestly don't know what the hype is supposed to be on it, its some sort of super-starch, supposedly has a low impact on blood sugar, but still has the benefit of supporting recovery after a workout.
