"Allred was at the court proceedings in Boston today and so was Romney’s lawyer, who doesn’t seem to have any objections when it comes to opening up the sealed testimony for the public.
Judge Jennifer Ulwick was asked by Romney’s attorney, Robert Jones, if she would delay the hearing for one day so he could have time to read the two booklets which contains Romney’s sealed testimony. While he doesn’t anticipate objecting to the request of unsealing the documents, he still needs to see what is in them first."
