Has any tried it?
Well to some it up it's basically this protocol:
1. Can be done fasted.
2. Can take caffeine (100-200mg), yohimbe (0,2mg/kg), l-tyrosine (1-3g) 30 minutes pre-workout.
3. 5-10 minutes easy warm-up.
4. 5 minutes of short intervals. 5x 10-15 seconds on / 45-50 seconds off.
5. Rest for 5 minutes
6. 20-40 minutes of steady state cardio (130-140 HR)
7. 5-10 minutes of long intervals. 5x 30 seconds on / 30 seconds off or 5x 1 minute on / 1 minute off.
8. 3-5 minutes easy cool down
9. Eat a normal diet meal afterwards or a protein shake.
Here's the link if you'd like to download the ebook:

This will of course only work if you're diet is already in check. I think Lyle mentions his UD 2.0 as a good diet to combine this with.
I'm following OneTimeHard's advice on diet which is basically a Keto without the weekend carb-ups.
Was thinking of doing the protocol on my lifting days (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday) and then just normal steady sate cardio on my off days (Wednesday and maybe Friday).
What you guys think?

I bought the book and did the SFS 2.0 two years ago.
It really works. Pockets of fat that I was holding on for years disappeared. Pay attention to yohimbine and the correct dose and way to take it (you have to take it completely fasted otherwise it will not work).
Also, it's best if you combine the HIIT with weight training on different days. If you do this programme on its own it will cannibalise your muscle tissue quite fast.
It could be combined with UD 2.0. Check Lyle's forums everything that could be discussed about training and nutrition has been over there.
And buy the bloody book, it's not too much to ask and Lyle is one of the very few people with integrity in the fitness industry

The wasp has to be a south-american albino dwarf wasp

I'm never gonna count calories, why would anyone do that, nobody is going to stick with that for the rest of their life.
typical bodybuilder get's mega serious then burn out and stop caring get unhealthy and lazy, repeat...
to be healthy you have to learn your body to where you can easily maintain a strong healthy physique and then adjust carefully from there if you feel the need to.

does this lyle clown expect to have energy after this workout such as just standing around, as well as sticking to the diet?
seems like there would be a strong urge to have to just sit down the rest of the day after this workout
-
Years of experience/experimentation taught me that Yo+C works better than Eph+C. He's correct about taking it in a fasted state. The moment you eat, it stops working. You'll lose some muscle, but you'll dump fat pretty quickly... especially when you take it before morning cardio.
It also enhances sex drive. Did you ever try and have sex when you're on Eph?... it doesn't work very well.
Too much Yo tends to give me the runs.

Thanks for the input.
So you wouldn't recommend the whole protocol after weight training?
The duration of the HIIT is 20min max and its split up, and also the steady state cardio makes you rest out a bit?

HIIT wipes you the fuck out the first few times you do it. All I wanted to do was sleep. Like with everything, you get used to it.

By the way, UD 2.0 is not just a diet, it's a complete diet/training programme that's meant get you shredded with no muscle loss or even muscular increase.
It's also extremely demanding- one has to adhere to strict training/eating times.
Also, if you're juicing it's probably irrelevant to you.
