It was hyped as a miracle drug few years ago with all the positive muscle buidling effects from Test without all the negative side effects (no conversion to DHT or estrogen; no supression of your own Test production,...). Now it's out as a supplement already b4 the clinical tests are done for a release in the medical field lol
