For instance:
Cycle 1:
Week 1-2: 50 mg var
Week 3-5: 50mg var twice a day
Week 6-8: 50 mg var

Or

Cycle 2:
Week 1-8: 50 mg var
Weeks 3-5: 25 mg or so of winny

I've seen you start a lot of proposed cycle threads but I doubt you ever get around actually doing them  :-\

Liken it so far, just not sure if I wanna double the var or add low dose winny...  Reasons are cited in another thread.  Just an experimental cycle

haha finally!!

If I remember correctly hair loss is one of your concerns which is why I'd just bump up the var dose.

I know we all have different goals and I've done something similar so let me just say not to expect dramatic results. Definitely way better than training natural though.  ;D

90-150 mg anavar ED is best, if not. Run as much as you can afford ... I suggest a minimum of 80 and optimal dose of 100 mg ed 8-10 weeks.

I have stacked 50mg winny/50mg anavar both oral at the end of a cycle and it made me feel strong but my joints would hurt like hell! I wanted to keep lifting but the pumps to the muscle and joint pain was to painfull! I was not using anything that would make me hold water so I got the bad side effects of the winny were water gets sucked out of your joints. Great for a ripped look. But I think a injectable like suspension should be added. In fact my next cycle after that particular cycle I used suspension and the same winstrol anavar dose and I got 8lbs of lean muscle gain. No water at all.

I added 50 mgs of var about a week ago and I really feel like I shoulda just got something else instead. I wasn't willing to spend the amount needed to run higher doses so I would've been better adding something cheaper or just upping test dose. Thing I notice is that var helps keep my appetite in check so it's doing its job in that regard but for muscle gain and strength I agree with you in running the higher dose.

You gotta figure that some fitness chicks take about 40mgs so it would make sense for us to at least take about double that.
