at this point, after SCOTUS upheld it, romney could only pick off small pieces of it. And many of those are actually popular with americans - closing donut hole, no pre-existing conditions, and letting kid stay on insurance while in college, etc.
Romney is probably going to leave this one alone if he wins.

I think he will go after it but nit pick what he wants out of it.. As you were stating.. Per existing conditions ect are popular items that he will leave ini amsure

not at all, he could instruct the IRS to not enforce the personal mandate penalty. I wouldnt be suprised if he could negate the thing through mandate until he could get something else more permenant.
Not saying he would but he has options

I think if we know anything from romney's governor history - is that he is the compromise guy. He'll find a nice line down the middle of dems and repubs, and he will walk there so he's viewed as a success, before his next job, whatever that will be.
he'd have to spend a ton of political capital to undo the whole thing - and if he failed, or got it, it'd probably limit anything else he could do. SCOTUS tied his hands.
I think romney would do a fine job as prez. He sucked enough extreme-right dick to get the nomination, but a lifetime of being a moderate/rino/liberal isn't going to change once he's in office. He'll be a moderate president and will probably actually get some good stuff done.

ahhh seeing as the majority want it repealed he wouldnt have to spend alot of political capital.
The reason obama spent all of his is b/c the majority of ppl didnt want it and still dont.
p.s. youre a moron!!!

Honestly after it was passed as a tax by the supreme court I bet many dems some back a repeal of Obamacare. . It would give them some clout inthe blue dog states...

I disagree. Massachusetts politics, state politics in general, is a completely different animal than the Federal government. Conservative in Congress have a clear agenda and they wouldn't back him unless they were absolutely positive he was going to do what they want.

Anyone remember just prior to the SC decision how Senate Repubs were prepping legislation to keep the parts of the Obamacare that they liked ?

Which is good if you ask me, there are parts that need to be kept.
To deny that there are parts that need to be repealed is just plain idiotic.

and without the mandate none of it can work
withouth the mandate the deadbeats will not take personal responsibility but then when they get sick or injured they will burden they system

Then its back to the drawing board, sorry if it doesnt work without the mandate then IT DOESNT WORK!!!
It also wouldnt cause our premiums to sky rocket either...
who do you think is paying the insurance company for covering all those extra ppl?
You do understand that the risk to the insurance companies have been raised right?
you do realize that to make up for that extra risk they are raising premiums right?
