Now there's a poll that has Romney up one in MINNESOTA, 46-45 (America Future Fund)?
And, according to RCP, there's a poll that has Pennsylvania tied at 47.
This could get interesting.

I don't find that particularly interesting - or, frankly, even useful. One percentage point is within the margin of error (which typically hovers are the 3.375%) which means that what the poll really says is quite different than what people suggest it says. I'd be more interested in seeing historical polling data for past elections, as well as polls over the last 6 weeks or so.
And, according to RCP, there's a poll that has Pennsylvania tied at 47.
Please see above.

It's the economy stupid!

Romney does have a chance of winning as with any person over the years.....but its looking pretty slim at this point. He needs to get Ohio to have any shot of winning and it doesn't look good. He has a slight lead in Florida but the Obama campaign has people literally breaking down the doors to vote early.
Its going to be very ugly tommorrow ;D

You leftists are in for a rude awakening.

What's not looking good about Ohio? The early voting numbers have arrived and Obama is nowhere near where he was in 2008.
According to Politico's recent update, with 1.6 million counted, Obama is only up 29-23.
To break those numbers down further:
[ Invalid YouTube link ]
Without the massive early voting lead he had in 2008, Romney can overtake him on election day.
And the numbers are similar in Florida. Romney's up in Colorado.
A sweep of the southeast, coupled with Ohio and Colorado, gives Romney 275 EC votes and the win.

As I don't swing that way, I am hardly butthurt. Disappointed? YEP!!
There was no spinning of any numbers. Those were accurate. Romney had the chance but didn't get it done.
I said he had to close the gap on election day and the opening was there. But Romney blew it.

Why would I stop watching Fox?
I watched it, when Bush won in 2004, when the Dems won the 2006 midterms, when Obama won in 2008, when the GOP won in 2010 midterms, when Obama won last night.
And, I will continue to watch it.
Did you stop watching CNN or MSNBC after 2000 or 2004 or 2010?

I learn new things almost every day (weekly, at a minimum).
And as far as "bias" goes, you expect me to switch to a news station that has left-winged bias?

Yeah. I wouldn't call the Daily Show non-biased; it's certainly left-leaning and unashamedly so. Of course, it's not a news show to begin with, but the irony is that most of the time Stewart will actually do better job than either left- or right-leaning media outlets at calling bullshit out, regardless of which side is spewing it. And that says a lot about the "news shows" we do have.

You gotta start looking at Nate Silver and some of the top prognosticators instead of just the right-wing oriented polls.
The real key for me is that I want the unvarnished truth, not just what I want to hear. Nate Silver may be a liberal, but he has established himself as very accurate in these elections. He would be seriously jeapordizing his career and reputation to just make up poll numbers and odds.

The Daily Show gets a decent sized audience, but not every progressive watches that show. Personally, I am a dem who finds Jon Stewart rather annoying. I never watch his show.
