Title: Plain dumb or just desperate

Some fella who was arrested at the gas station, drove all the way from NY to CT with about 15 empty buckets that you'd normally use to put paint or water in. Long story short, people in his neighborhood apparantly paid him to bring them gas and that was his reasoning the fella said. His "master plan" was apparently to fill up 15 literally buckets of gas, put them in his mini-van and drive to NY in the cold, pretty sure he'd even turn on the heat in his van if he was cold!
