To emphasize the insecurities of middle-aged (mentally or chronologically lol) /baffoons/, suffering from low self esteem and personality issues (just how many of you here were hooked on painkillers, heroin or other opiates at some point of your life? :D). I'm actually pretty sick of the personalities that prevail in this "cult" and when I'm at the gym I often die laughing in my mind, while watching all these "macho wannabes" tough fellas who are actually very troubled individuals (I'm troubled too, as I'm a bodybuilder, but I'm still pretty damn sane, in comparison).

I've studied IT, but I'm an autodidact wannabe in evolutionary biology/mollecular biology, and psychology interests me too, when I have time (I want to understand how I work, in the first place.. A sub-product of this is awareness of how others work..).

There's another one in C/A, kind of faded brown color, a lil' "heavy" in weight, with a black hoodie (which can be removed by unzipping), 99eu - try it out.

I've tried many but IMO they don't work well.
Here is my tip of the day: many of the moisturizers' effectiveness comes mostly from the glycerol/glycerine (it's the same, just a different name) they contain.
Glycerol is also available in pharmacies in liquid form, just drink a tablespoon a day and the skin over your entire body will be moisturized.
By the way: glycerol is also great for pumps and vascularity, once again, one tablespoon pre-workout, and your pump and vascularity will be improved significantly. Best "supplement" there is imo.
