but the funny thing is, when AJ was training Casey V the dude was a MACHINE, and he was indeed both huge and fit as fuck at the same time 8)

Casey and Jones were both smokers. I doubt Casey in his prime could run around a block without gassing. All this stuff about being offered a NFL contract sounds like bs to me. I'm sure he would rather work in Arthur Jones factory for chump change instead of a NFL contract.

did you ever hear about Casey's leg workout under AJ's supervision?
it went like this... leg press til failure 750x25 and then IMMEDIATELY leg ext til failure 250x22 and then IMMEDIATELY after those 2 exercises, both taken til complete and utter failure, he did FULL BARBELLL SQUATS til failure 505x12
so are you now actually gonna try and tell me that someone who could do this feat is not fit as fuck?
that's not just strength, that is strength plus an incredible level of fitness

I also heard Casey was making great money with Arthur, toward the end,
just not what he was worth.
Arthur was a tight wad, he tried to hold people down.

I believe the leg press used was a Universal for one. I could use that stack for reps in high school. I seriously have trouble believing a lot of the Nautilus stuff such as he wasn't on steroids for the Colorado expriment. The bs about how he owes everything to HIT when he was seen many times at the top of his game in the gym doing volume. One guy who was in the gym with him told me he counted 16 sets for one body part. Casey was a top dog in bodybuilding. Nothing can take that away from him.
