COLUMBUS, Ohio (AP) - Joe the Plumber isn't Joe the Congressman.
Samuel "Joe" Wurzelbacher (WUR'-zuhl-bahk-kur) lost his bid Tuesday for a U.S. House seat in northern Ohio.
Veteran Democrat Marcy Kaptur beat the Republican in his first attempt to win public office.
Wurzelbacher became an overnight sensation during the presidential campaign four years ago and a favorite of conservatives after questioning then-candidate Barack Obama about economic policies.
Republicans recruited the Toledo-area man to run Congress, but he faced an uphill battle taking on the longest serving Democratic woman in the House in a Democrat-friendly district.
Kaptur won a hard fought primary in March over Dennis Kucinich (koo-SIN'-ich) after she and the Cleveland-area congressman were put in the same district.

Joe The Plumber To UCSB Parents: 'Your Dead Kids Don't Trump' My Guns
Source: TPM
TOM KLUDT – MAY 27, 2014, 11:32 AM EDT
Samuel Wurzelbacher gave his condolences this week to the families of the victims of the mass shooting near the University of California, Santa Barbara. But no tragedy is going to stop "Joe The Plumber" from defending the Second Amendment.
In an open letter published Tuesday on the website Barbwire, Wurzelbacher went out of his way to explain to the victims' parents that the deaths won't undermine his "Constitutional rights."
"I am sorry you lost your child. I myself have a son and daughter and the one thing I never want to go through, is what you are going through now," wrote Wurzelbacher, who became something of a mascot for John McCain's failed 2008 presidential campaign. "But: As harsh as this sounds – your dead kids don’t trump my Constitutional rights."
Wurzelbacher singled out Richard Martinez, whose son Christopher was one of the six students killed by Elliot Rodger in Isla Vista, Calif. Since the deadly rampage, Martinez has twice railed against politicians and the National Rifle Association for the failure to pass new gun laws after the Sandy Hook Elementary School massacre.

this is what i did
(http://i7.photobucket.com/albums/y256/honigga/Mobile%20Uploads/image_zps0a96b820.jpg)
i attached the copper wire to the grounding wire and the tub drain , it seems you can see a little bit of corrosion on the old ground line probably from a water leak but who knows
i shut all power off just incase because as i looked further back on the line the grounding wire was making some contact with another wire i couldve been shocked if i touched it maybe? this seems to be an error in someones installation of a ground line correct me if im wrong? (http://i7.photobucket.com/albums/y256/honigga/Mobile%20Uploads/image_zps6d3539be.jpg)
the ground line runs all the way back to a box i beleive
so are you saying i should look back at where the box is and see if there is a line and a rod driven into the ground? thanks alot bro

This thread amuses me...I've spent the bulk of my life in Kaptur's district. Of course joe the whatever the hell he is now lost. the district is run by organized labor and the democratic party. Democrat Lud "the pud" Ashley held the seat from 1955 until 1980. he was broomed out in the Regan landslide (a couple years after a DUI and a resisiting arrest conviction) by Republican Ed Weber. Weber lost in 1982 to closeted lesbian Democrat Marcy Kaptur who has held the seat ever since.
Of course he lost...
