Title: multivitamins

I've got a relatively simple question: what exactly is the difference between your average multivitamin for active individuals, such as One-A-Day and OneSource (the physically active ones) and something like Animal Pak or GNC's Mega Men?  Best I can tell, you can get the same amount of vitamins and minerals by popping one of the cheaper ones twice a day than dropping $30+ on the "bodybuilding" multi's.  Am I missing something here?

Zach, you are wise beyond your years!  ;D  Good observation, don't fall for all the hype, oh and uh, "can you handle it?"  8)
