Long term capital gains: 15% to 23.8%

Short term capital gain: 35% to 43.4%

Top income rate: 35% to 43.4%

Dividend: 15% to 43.4% (ouch for retirees and people who like dividend paying stocks)

AMT tax: 30% minimum in earnings over 1mm..ouch

Estate taxm: 45% in anything over 3.5m..ouch

Feel bad for the rich ..the food stamper really getting to them
