Vince had a half box on the wall to put feet on, then he had 2 chrome posts with a round pad on top for your hands. You were to do this push up with your middle being lowered to the floor also elbows wide. Only bodyweight to be used...

nice pic of clint walker.. i always do push-ups hands on 2 thick books. I have push-up bars but i do not like them as with books your hands are flat. They are a finishing off move for me.
