Not sure if this is the proper place to post this question.

Can anyone tell me which Figure Athlete has the most informative, motivating video available?

I am looking for a video where the athlete touches on posing, diet, competition, etc.

lol, its a Christmas gift for my wife.

Last I checked, all the modifications you made to my post were free on the internet?
