Title: Can you open up an ".hqx" file that is macintosh based on windows or covert it?

i want to open up this old game where i can create worlds and characters and there actions but this game was created for macintosh back in the 80's and its discontinued but available for download in .hqx file. can a windows program convert this file

it would be very cool if i could access this game because ive always wanted to create a virtual world of get biggers in different locations that you could either fight or confront and make offers or flee from them (this is what the original game alloowed the user to create virtually no limits)

perhaps they have 68k mac emulators to run on windows and then could preform this masterful game, i wish i could just create this damn game on windows

this was a game that you could actually turn into a game and create yourself

when I get the urge I am going to download fear and loathing: myth 2 tools, and make maps for myth 2 soulblighter with zillions of enemies and tons of high elevation terrain
