caffiene is a good supplement. increases the strength and stamina. allows you to get a few extra reps. increases metabolism a bit and helps fat burning. helps with focus. i would drink the coffee about 45 mins before your workout, not during. takes some time for it to digest/absorb/exert effects on physiology/psychology.

I often drink it while I train. Mostly because I really enjoy the taste of it.

If coffee was at all effective muscletech would be selling it for 5$ a bean.

I do and have for a few years. Always take my ceramic coffee cup with rubber lid to the gym and drink a cup throughout my workout.

Every morning before the gym I hit up a Starbucks. I drink a grande coffee in 10-15 minutes walking on treadmill to warm up before weights.
I feel like I can't workout without it almost.

i know someone who drinks beer while working out
fuck sake---- ;D what does he look like ? I mean a Gym i worked in had beer and wine too. some people liked a cold beer after a workout. Never knew anyone to drink more than 2.

i saw this coffee for the first time ever today. it only caught my eye because it looked like jars of 'reggae reggae sauce' stacked amongst the regular coffee.
i had to laugh at the bullshit on the side of the jar.

They do, "fatburners" are mostly caffeine, around 200 mg per pill I think.
Oh and yeah, I love coffe 8) Everything would be harder without it.

is hillarious when he,in all seriousness, offers other ppl in the gym while they working out, some sip of beer.

well i have never done that but have trained and later in the evening had a few.. trouble is Alcohol dehydrates you, OK a couple won't harm you.
