should i limit my intake of fruit juice to just post workout?? i heard that theres alot of sugar. my goal is bulking, so is too much sugar bad for me??

i would, thats just me, bulking is a time to put on weight but i dont thing fat should be a part of that. i would limit it to after workouts and maybe in the morning but i woulkd opt for real fruit during morning and maybe for snacks throughout the day with ur meals.

try protein shakes and weight gainers for buking up. or, eat more protein! (just watch the sugar content of some of what u buy)! what are your stats now? ;)

i already take in 1-3 protein shakes per day. i dont really like wight gainers bc the cost a hella lot and you only get like 4 serves for like a jug.
