Hi i want to take some clenbutrol, but can't handle the cramps and lack of sleep that come with it is there anything to take to stop all that shit.

I took just a little bit under my tongue and i was fucked up all night , with just sort of back cramps . I have heard that if you take potassium tablets they can help?

I don't mean to belittle your question. What dose are you on and how long will you take it? Why, specifically, are YOU taking it. If you can try to 1/2 the dose, I'd try that first.

How much clen are you taking?

Potassium tabs will help.......
When I'm up to 120MCG Clen I will usually take 400-600MG Potassium........
You can knock that out with a few glasses of V8 juice......

dude i warned you not to stir 2 tablespoons of that stuff into your coffee.....i still believe it was the java blend that gave you the cramps and not the clen ;D

14 days on/14 days off.
You can run it indefinitely if you give it that 14 day cushion.

Yes.
Taurine.
Taurine and Potassium are the most important in terms of Clen cramping.

Taurine works wonders for these cramps..Use upwards of 5 grams daily.

That's what I use, but you might want to start at 40 or 80MCG and then ramp up.
I don't ramp up..........I'm 250lbs, if you are smaller you might want to start at a lower dose.

Div I hope your not going by those impedence type testers, cause have a tendency to be VERY inaccurate, your hydration levels must be perfect for those to even be near the ball park.

Trust me.........I am around 20%......I need to do a water displacement test to verify, but I know myself.

All these sites are regularly monitored by Fed law enforcement.....
This site is probably not as bad as BB.com or EliteFitness.com in terms of how saturated it is, but it's out there just the same.

Thanks Broham, im guessing they watch to make sure no one gets too crazy here. Thinking they are looking for "big fish" for the most part. If your not dealing or buying huge amounts your probally aright. But yeah a pic, at least with your face fully visible may not be the best idea. If they can't confirm your identity they have no case.
