For me it's face first, than neck, hands and forearms. Upper arms, chest and stomach, and finally thighs/ass dry up last. :(

Always the face. Unlike most guys I look better facially when I'm not to lean. Wish it came off the abs first.

I only get fat in the face and lower stomach. My legs stay lean, my arms and shoulders stay lean, but I get a beer gut and double chin. The chin is first to go then the stomach fat.

my face def loses it 1st or most noticeable to most, but my back and lower abs is always the hardest to lose
My back is never shredded, but I dont diet to the point of that anyway. I need to try a contest prep once and then Id probably maintain decent muscle clarity from behind no homo from there

so do you stay lean all the time because of this, or do you pendulate from lean to bulked up?

I lose it from outside to inside. Meaning it starts coming off furthest from my stomach (calves + forearms, then thighs + upper arms, then chest + back, etc), and works towards the stomach. My stomach is the last place I lose fat from.

Only twice did I let it get a little out of control and I hated it. Now it is in check most of the time. I eat pretty clean most of the time but that is because fat people sicken me.

haha... I'm a white guy with black genetics.
I look like a black girl or a whooty, big ass/thighs. My upper body really doesn't get fat, always had a flat stomach.

Generally I tend to agree with the old that the first place you put it on is the last place it comes off. It's always that the belly reestablishes itself first when I get fat, last to go when I diet down.
Legs and arms seem to lean out the quickest.

I distribute fat like a bitch, accumulating it mainly in the chest, butt and thighs. It leaves these places last but the trade off is that I never have much of a gut. My fat distribution being what it is I cannot get overweight or I will look like utter shit.

I forgot to add my face in there somewhere. I think it's towards the end when I am haggard and starved and basically climbing walls at night dreaming of bananas. That's only when I am ultra lean of course.

Cool, just wondered if anyone else was like me.
I don't get fat in the chest though, really just my ass and thighs. Never ever had a fat stomach but my ass has been pretty big before. I have to stay lean or else go around looking like a woman. :(

Legs, torso, lower abs. Face fat is dead last to go.>:( . It just ain't fair.

i can do cardio for 2 days and i have some stellar cheekbones emerge. love handles last i suppose?

Face and legs first. Then arms, followed by... don't know yet. :) Love handles, back and moobs are the last to go, I can testify to that. :-X
