You don't need to start a thread about every thought that crosses your mind.

Steroids are just for a finishing touch.

You can get to about 270 pounds shredded naturally, but to get to 280, you might need to stack it.

I didnt train for 12 months, now I just do 2 half assed workouts per week with some running..

When I first started I was doing 5 days a week and spending money on protein drinks and adding more meat to my diet, now I just eat pretty much whatever I want.

I think since discovering the truth it has just saved me time and money. Just lift weights 3 times a week and keep the workouts short. Just focus more on cardio and being healthy since your not getting big without roids anyway. Don't get me wrong we can and I hope most of us are bigger than guys that don't lift, but still light years from a pro level juicer.

Hahahaha - fuck me. Sad but true. I'm sure he thinks he's huge too.

Calfzilla has the right of it - lift what you want, do some cardio, be healthy and in better shape than the rest of your peer group and stop obsessing over your food and just enjoy life.

I would agree. Natural bodybuilding is such a joke. Whats the point of dieting just to get onstage and look like an aids victim?

But the same can be said for you guys taking drugs and not competing. You can get an awesome look without drugs so whats the point in spending your time and money to look like a jackass that girls think is gross?

it's all fucking pointless

the key to happiness is to have a high paying job in a position of power over people, good looks, and a big cawk
