Dealer wants to trade in a key for a key, upgrade, on a company car.  What's the catch?

taxes, dealer fees and all of the other bullshit you still have to pay.

my contractor has several cars from the dealer.  out of the group, one can be turned in for a key.  that sounds like too much.  you work in sales?

What are the specifics of the deal? Are these cars leased, financed, or cash deals?
