I get this unconforable pump in my off days. where i get pump but my body is killing me with the soreness is there away that i can get reed of this pump?? is this a sign of something??

am i the only one having trouble reading this one?
are you having soreness recovery issues? eat more, sleep more, hell...work out more...be more consistent in your training and the soreness will reduce

i get a weird pump on my rest days. while im sore as hell. its just very weird..my body feels like going to train but i cant really stay upright bc of the thigh being so damn sore.

I didn't know WTF he was saying, but you can never go wrong by saying drink more water..... ;D
