Jay Cutler once bet his brother Ray $20 that he would have bigger arms than Ray at the end of the year. As the end of the year rolled around, it was obvious that Jay's arms were way way smaller than Ray's. So Jay loaded up his arms with boatloads of oil and the rest was history.
