Activ8 gym in Slough, hes filming nearby at the mo.Didnt throw huge weight around, strict reps with 2 and a half a side on the bench. Few hammer curls, big mofo tho

Test out getbig's theory that he's gay.  While licking your lip and slowly moving your hand to your crotch area, tell him you want to show him something in the men's changing room and see if he follows.

Why would the Rock be training in a gym in the shithole that is Slough?

Thats what i wondered "Army of one" but it is a fucking good gym, best one around for hammer strength kit, dbs up to 90kgs.etc

many years ago while traing at fitness america in pa i encountered the rock's old man who was a rassler at the time . he was benchpressing and had two blonds spotting him. pic just reminded me of this.
