Now I know most of us listen to either jay-Z or death metal while we train. Adequate intensity would require that.
But what do you jam out to while you work and surf getbig? I find either the funk/retro channel or the beethoven/light classical networks on DirecTv to fit the bill.
Or do you let news/sports blare in the background? I do find Law N Order marathons don't suck either.

Listened to the album once more yesterday. Not my favorite Crimson album though, "Lark's Tongue...", "Starless..." and "Red" are even better but the intro to "Epitaph" might be the most beautiful intro ever. Used ot be my favorite song from this album but now I prefer "21st Century Schizoid man" and even "Moonchild" with that great section in the middle.

i'm a lyrical kinda guy, so a songs lyrics play a huge role for me with regards to liking a particular tune, and the lyrics to this tune are so fucking deep and monumental
here's another lyrical tune that is a fav of mine, but i got a feeling it's not really your kinda tune, although i could be wrong

You're wrong, even though I haven't listened to Quicksilver in ages, I like that 60's west coast sound. Love, early Jefferson stuff, that's all good. Alos love the first 13th Floor Elevators album.
