Pretty good, kinda funny they didn't mention Nasser, but and only mentioned Flex in a passing way.

who?
haha

It's funny, but they talked about the Titan that comes up or the one who seems like he was going to be big...which was Flex. They only mentioned him during the 1998 Mr. O, not the 1993 Mr. O.
But, it was good. I liked it

Sounds like the Schmoefather has damaged his larynx. Too much cawk stuffing? And love how Shawn Ray is kissing ass at the end of that video.

because when you look at it, it IS boring. Lift weights, eat, drugs, cardio, rinse, repeat. Day in, day out. Why do you think one of the reasons why today's gen has put it in this order: drugs, eat, lift weights, eat, drugs, rec drugs.

True. One trains basically for three possible reasons: to feel good, to look good or because he loves training. Most people will only pick one of these three, very few all three reasons. Now, as much as some people will admire your will to do so or the results you get, how many of them will want you to sit down and lecture them about it?

nobody. Because when you describe what you do, it's boring.
Watching someone do a baking/cooking show is more exciting that watching/listening to someone describe working out.

That's why when a woman pays interest to your muscles, the best way to kill it is to start talking about working out protocols actually.

Bodybuilding is all about that I know...

But it makes those who become involved in it extremely boring and dull people to communicate with. Why was Arnold the only one to make a name of himself out this?
Lifting weights and injecting shitload of steroids should make you a hell of a lot more interesting imo...

lol

Last thing I wanna do irl is talk about the gym stuff with people. At times it can become the only thing on my mind but I try hard not letting normal people know. Its an obsession...an addiction I rather not let people know about. And I'm a twink by getbig standards but irl people can tell I work out and will wanna steer conversations towards that but it's something I avoid. I don't wanna be viewed as one of these bbing weirdo zombies on these stupid videos.

yeah importnat to keep the balance, lets be honset, most start all this just to look somewhat better to get a girl or 2 more into bed.

now beeing to obsessive will lead to impotence, there go the girls, and to social outcastness.

especially ppl who follow -needlessly- the diets from mags to the t.

jmping out of bed after sex for protein shake, becoming agressive during dates bc one might skip a meal, this is simply asocial and will go nowhere.

I've seen this behavior in regular gym rats who don't even compete. They become complete hermits when the main reason they started to train was to look better for girls like you said.

If working out/bodybuilding is not improving the quality of your life than go do something else. If you think you can become one of the few that makes it to the top then you're likely suffering tbomb like delusions.

Just watched it and thought Shawn did a very good job with it. I'd give it 4 soiled trunks out of 5.

Things i'll comment on.

1. Blechman WTF dude. You have a camera in front of you and you can't sit up straight.
2. Jay Cutler's eye shadow couldn't be more fruitier. Just come out of the closet bro its ok.
3. Haney is awesome
4. Gaspari seemed wired and has gone over the top with the facial surgery's.
5. Dorian is cool as always
6. Levrone too cool for school.
7. Heath sounded fine but his face was fatter than anyone's in the movie.
8. Louie
9. Hilarious that Flex was basically left out of the movie. Probably wanted a boatload of money and a new shoe contract.
10. Labrada was classy.
11. Where's Ron?

The passive aggressiveness with Shawn was outstanding in the Blechman clips. Shawn easily could have edited the video of his boss so at least he's not completely sideways...lol
