Motocrossers usually look like jockies. They are tiny. I stick out like a sore thumb. Big anything is no good and gives u the dreaded pump

Actually, it's supposed to relieve the discomfort/pain of the pump. :-\ Maybe I'm thinking of something else. Several years ago, I recall the discussion on Lyle McDonald's site.

Yes. True. And the cost is unreal. Just spares and tires. I tht getting a practice bike wd help w wear and tear, but now its double the spares and tires. But such a blast. U ride a zook? Supercross 2013 shd be interesting. Deep field.

So true on the expense, and to make it worse my son rides/races 65's. So its double for me! Actually I just bought me a 2013 Honda 450. I love it!

Very cool!! Most of my frnds alrdy have the 13s as well. Rode one last week and it has a hell of a hit!. Very good low end Most like the air forks as well.... I love efi bikes. The fuel injection is such a light switch type response perfect for tight stuff and big jumps out of corners.

no riding here for a few months. below freezing and ground covered with snow, dammit.
i don't ride it much, even tho it has a d.o.t. street legal kit. it's pretty rough on my back. most of my riding is on street bikes.
