Yesterday I did 1 hour walking on the treadmill as cardio which is my standard procedure twice a day. I joined a new gym, the "cool" place to be in town (for Romania anyway lol). Two guys see me who knew me when I actually had muscles and was 50 lbs heavier. Asked me what happened to me and if I was OK. :D ... Even I thought I looked thin.
I am doing an experiment of sorts trying to get to 7-8% naturally. I am estimating that I will be around 165-170 tops at 5'11" and 1/2 (the 1/2 is VERY important!). Once I get there I will post pics so people can see what a natural or clean body looks like at 7%. My guestimate is that I am 3-4 weeks away from that. I will post my workout regimen and my diet.
After that, since it would be easy, I would try tren and burners for a few weeks just to get that fitness look and satisfy my ego (and some ladies as well ;D ).

Try to get down to 8% BF.workout one or two muscle groups daily and then use the below cycle for 8 weeks. except the HGH Run the HGH for 10 weeks before you start the cycle and drop the HGH the last 2 weeks of the cycle.so basically load the HGh for 10 weeks before you use the AAS. Then when you get down to the last 2 weeks drop the HGh. This is just a small sample cycle just for a picture. not a competition cycle.I don't think the guy in the picture uses more aas then listed. Although he probably uses them year round. this small cycle is just to get in shape for a in-shape- photo.
HGH-USA Grade- 6-8-IU a day

OK he posted a pic and then got 3-4 pages of pure compliments and he accepted them all like he was taking the credit and was even trying to act modest and the pic was very good photo shopping many could not tell at the beginning. It was well done with every intention of no one finding out but this is getbig. .... So someone point a few things out in the back round and then everyone knew it was a fraud. It made him look 30lb heavier.

I tried for one year staying in shape.... had competed at 180 and 1 year later had gone up to 215 - watched what I eat practically the entire year and still was gaining weight!
