is this already on the Top of mount everes ???

I want to climb this. I saw a thing on TV about climbing it, and I want to do it. I haven't looked into it yet, but assume it is expensive, but could only imagine the feeling of accomplishment and awe from the summit. I will try before I turn 40, so I have a ten years or so to practice.

Will you teebag one of the stiff that are all over Mount everest?

A 4x5 sheet of film in a large format camera will yield average around 300-400 mega pixels depending on the lens quality. There are large format cameras that take 8x10 sheets of film and so would yield around around 1,200-1,600 mega pixels or 1.2-1.6 giga pix
You would be impressed by the needle sharp Ansel Adams prints/photo murals that he took during his career.
-
That looks fucking awesome.

I once climbed it wearing a pair of sandals and had nothing but a bag of trail mix. Then I took a dump on the peak.

For every ten that get to the top one dies. If you collapse near the top they will just leave you there. People going up and coming down will just step over you, even if you are still alive. Anyways thousands have reached the top so no one will care. Safer to try and look like Ronnie

It doesn't look much until you see those guys and their tents on the mountain.
-

also, your body might let you down...
Anything like hypertension to other existing issues can hinder you on your climb.
Really, I don't see the big deal...it's a mountain, admire it, and move on. There is no need to climb it, to conquer it, as Nature has conquered you, in making you want to climb it.

Anyone else find waldo in that pic?
-
where are the bodies?
There still on the mountain. People use them as landmarks. Its pretty crazy. There's bodies that have been up there 50+ years. You can google it and see the pics online. The real impressive thing is the guys that have summited it, without using oxygen.

Very hittable, which begs the question, has anyone ever had sex on Everest?

Yes, at Base Camp and perhaps Camp 1 (17,500- 21,500 feet high). Locals consider it very bad karma. They call it "making soup." It offends the mountain.

happens all the time. anatoly boukreev was probably boning sandy pittman in the death zone without supplemental oxygen. ed viesturs tagged a french chick high up on annapurna.
-
never mind it wasn't boukreev, but she was fucking someone on the mountain which was what caused the 1996 disaster.
-
Has anyone ever offered reward money to bring down a family member who died on Everest? Seems like there would be a lot of people up there and there must be some extremely experienced climbers who could pull off bringing people down.

I highly doubt it would be worth it... At the altitudes we are talking about these people freeze in place... It's really an interesting phenomenon.

There's got to be a super rich family out there that lost a loved one on that mountain. 5 or 10 million dollars to bring him back. Spend a million dollars on some special space type suit and bring him/her down. Who the fukc would have ever thought someone could jump from the stratosphere and break the sound barrier.

Possibly the most famous body on Everest is that of “Green Boots,” an Indian climber named Tsewang Paljor. Paljor was a Constable with the Indo-Tibetan Border Police who took his last breath on the 10th of May during the famous 1996 Mount Everest Disaster. Paljor was part of a three-man group that was attempting to be the first Indian team to ascend Mt. Everest from the Northeastern route. The weather that season was worse than other years and 1996 proved to be one of the deadliest seasons for Mount Everest climbers. When the storm rolled in, visibility went to zero and the temperature dropped considerably. (How fuckin scary is that?!)Separated from the climbers in his group and suffering from the cold, Paljor found a small cave and huddled inside for protection from the elements. Little did he know that would be his resting place for the next 15 years. (below)

random photo of guy left on everest. Did he get that high to find out his lungs couldn't support his going up that steep ass incline or coming back down?! He had to just die. That would suck. :o :(

They did bring down the body of a woman last year who died near the summit. She was Canadian, 33, and made it to the top but died on the way down. Sherpa brought her down to a base camp where a helicopter could get her.

lolz...Someone has to chop Ron standing on the peak. Or maybe Vince Basile at the peak in his arm machine/rocket ship.lol
