How many fucking heart attacks has this shit caused?  You are watching a TV show then all of a sudden that fucking alarm bell thing goes off giving you a jolt.

One time whole lotta buzz and sirens went on and lights began to flash and then it read on screen that a bear has been seen hovering near the human settlement some 500 km away  ;D ;D ::)
I was like wtf and kept rollin'

Ban this shit.
It seems like they've done their "monthly test" about 5 fucking times in the last week. Shit is starting to piss me off. I know I counted at least 3 in November.
