My arms started growing (as proven by pics!) when I cut the volume to like 4-6 direct sets on them per week.

Heavy rows and shit apart from that. And of course heavy presses.

I got inspired by a friend, he never works out his arms directly, ever.

He's got quite the arms if you ask me, lol.

Generally I would say I look best on low volume, everything starts growing. Workouts are short and very light but that's when everything starts growing.

Absolute horse shit.  I do arms on their own day and hit them for two and a half hours!

18-22 sets for biceps

12-16 sets for triceps
