I can't handle Whey powder, I have a big problem with dairy.
I usually buy egg protein powder, but after the revelations about Eggs from Onetimehard I'm thinking of trying something else.
Anyone have experience with other powders? Beef Protein powder? I saw a company selling flavorless fish protein powder.

Thanks, I'm defiantly not big on supps, I'm a True Adonis disciple. Powder is very convenient once in a while though.

I just crack an egg into a coffee mug, put it into the microwave for 30 seconds and then down it.

Same, I was under the impression that they were the best source of protein because of their complete amino acid profile.
According to him, egg protein actually isn't utilized by the body very well. I did some research cause of the thread and found some studies that show Fish is the best source there is as far as utilization by the body goes. He claims Fish and Chicken are king.
I think I'm going to order egg protein powder again though, can't find anything else that looks very good.

1. Fish, you cant beat fish when it comes to protien
2. Liquid egg whites is the way to go for quick protien meal, its REAL food but easy and quick. digests well. liquid egg whites + 3 bananas is a fav of mine.
never use powders wither there whey or otherwise.

Way overpriced, and forget those references to Kai Greene, he's much more into whole foods.
In case you want powder for convenience, give soy protein a try. I know it's a debatable protein source (estrogenic or anti-estrogenic?, does it lower or increase your test levels?, etc..), but I take tons of it without a gyno or whatsoever.

Is it a lactose issue ? If so, stick to 100% whey isolate and you will have no problems - Whey concentrate is 98% lactose free but can still cause issues for those with Dairy sensitivities

Sorry, I've never tried anything from Muscle Meds. The beef powder I use is from True Nutrition (True Protein).
One thing to consider is that beef derivatives are more difficult to make palatable due to it's natural taste. Muscle Meds uses a fruit punch flavor for it's Carnivour RTD's, which reportedly tastes rancid. I believe their powder comes in chocolate and maybe vanilla, but I haven't received any feedback on it.
The powder I buy from TN is not bad at all in terms of taste and mixability. If you try it, I recommend opting for the heavy flavoring if taste is of concern to you.
