you can do a full body workout and maintain in jail or prison, sometimes when one is incarcerated the depression and lifestyle you have to lead can discourage a person from keeping themselves up, theres no excuses, no theories, bottom line is when your locked up you have to eat what you can and exercise every other day at the minimum to keep yourself up, in california in prison the people in charge often starve you out by not allowing you to go to canteen store to get the essentials, it can be challenging.

the thick neck is the first thing to go, shoulders still have width and thickness he just isnt cartoonish like he usually is. so its not like hes in the final stages of the 'clearly all drugs' truism give the guy a break.

I'm sure minimums are around 2,500

It's all excuses for his reluctance to suck cock for drugs. If anything, it's kind of a plus for his integrity.

when i was in isolation custody for couple months, i trained every day with own bodyweight, stayed lean due to lack of food, but damn i deflated.

but vic martinez was longer in the nick and when he came out he looked quite quite good imo.all things considered.

due to diet/lifting changes or because it cut off your cycle?

Hmmm. Lame questions. How about these?

"Were you assaulted in prison?"
"Were you raped/sexually abused while incarcerated?"
