I often wonder how many celebrities would give up their fame and fortune to not have people follow them around every second of the day and take pictures of them.

Why doesn't he just get the gyno surgery? It's not like he can't find $10K lying around. He's Simon Cowell...he could go over and grab the Princess of Wales' ass and the royal family would laugh it off as "Simon being Simon".
